Bain & Hind planned painting programmes (PPP) are a cost effective way to keep your premises looking at in peak condition all year round. We can design a contract around the customers request.
It could involve repairs and painting works to an entire property portfolio to a single building
The majority of the work would be completed in the first year to bring all surfaces up to our standard. Over the life of the remaining contract surfaces will be washed, cleaned and repainted to keep your building looking pristine.
Example: 3 Storey building in Newcastle, All external windows and doors were repaired and painted over a three week period, over the next 3 years a visit every 6 months was carried out to clean and touch up damaged paintwork keeping the building looking like new
